This week, we sat down with Pup Arrgos to talk about pack power dynamic structures, finding your pup identity, and the many different flavors of puppy play. We also covered everything he loves about scat play, as well as his research and perspective on scat safety as a medical professional.
Pup Arrgos’ Introduction to Kink
Arrgos came out as gay when he was fifteen and has been kinky ever since he started having sex. Even from high school, he knew that he wasn’t into the idea of only ever getting married and having sex with one person. He became more promiscuous in college but became tired of only having vanilla sex by the time he graduated. After graduation, he settled into a five-year relationship where he made a lot of sacrifices for his partner, but it didn’t end up working out because he didn’t know how to advocate for his needs. The relationship sort of fell into a nonconsensual Stepford wife situation where Arrgos took care of everything around the house, and he woke up to the fact that he was simulating the type of relationship his parents had (which wasn’t going to work for him).
Finding His Puppy Play Identity
After the breakup, Arrgos dove headfirst into his passion for puppy play. He started camming as a puppy with guys around the world and tried tons of unique, kinky activities. He was a puppy for a French man for a while, and it was the first time he was fully someone’s pet. He found himself to be drawn to the feeling of love someone has for a pet, like being the apple of someone’s eye and their best friend. He also values what he sees as the three main qualities of dogs: loyalty, happiness, and love.
Breeds Within Puppy Play
Next, we talk about breeds within puppy play. A friend asked him about what breed he was a while ago, and he realized he wasn’t sure. He had an obsession with wolves because he had read a book about their family dynamics and life cycles. He saw the similarities between kinky chosen families and wolf packs, and how they focus on communication and education. This made him decide to identify from a wolf pup.
Scat Play
Puppies love poop, so of course, we had to talk about Arrgos’ adventures in scat play. The first time he topped for PIV sex, the condom came out covered in shit, which made his partner really embarrassed and ashamed. Arrgos reassured him that there was nothing to feel shameful about because it’s natural and he was expecting it to happen. Little did he know, he would have to overcome his own shame about scat play in the future.
He’s always enjoyed sitting in the bathroom with people he’s attracted to while they’re pooping because of the smell. A partner also shit on his chest at one point early on in his sex life, but for the most part, Arrgos spent a lot of time repressing this kink. This was until he met a dom online who encouraged him to go from being timid about his interest to eating his own shit and puking it back up in one Skype session. They did a lot of this kind of play for years, and it got to the point where his dom wanted him to eat another person’s scat, which he did with two different guys. He had a great experience, but unfortunately at the time, it came with the guilt of cheating. Fortunately, now that he’s out of his relationship, he doesn’t have to deal with any shame and can enjoy his scat fetish freely. As Arrgos says, “life is shit, so you might as well play in it.”
