This will be an online event via Zoom. Zoom information will be sent to all participants after ticket purchase. Please register your ticket with the name you intend to use on Zoom as only verified ticket holders will be welcomed into the Zoom presentation.

Beyond the basics of service, we will be discussing four important actions in regards to service:

• Offering Service
• Accepting Service
• Requesting Service
• Declining Service

– all of which are the basis for negotiation or negotiating a service scene. Have you ever been offered a service, and wasn’t certain of the proper way to just say “No”? Has a service ever been requested of you, and you worried about refusing?

As a participant, regardless of which side of the slash you may reside (or having no position choice at all), you will walk away with some tips, tricks, and tools for your virtual toolbox, to competently recognize and handle each of these scenarios.

Whether you are a D-type (let’s not forget, service Topping is a very valid thing too) or an s-type, so long as you have a passion for service, or at least a mild curiosity, this is indeed a workshop/talk/presentation for you.
